This review is from: Chezmoi Collection 7 Pieces White with Black Floral Flocking Comforter (104"x92" in Inch) Set Bed-in-a-bag for California/cal King Size Bedding I saw this online and thought that it was perfect for my bedroom remodel. The price was such a good deal that I was pretty sure the fabric wouldn't be of the best quality. But I was SO HAPPY to have been proven wrong! The quality of the fabric is very high, I love how many pieces I got with this set, and the black design isn't too over powering like a lot of damask bedding. The black flocking is very soft and stylish, not tacky like some flocking can be. The white is almost of a raw silk texture to it. And the fabric on the inside of the comforter is off white and soft. Also I should note that we live in Arizona, and this comforter is nice and light, even for the summers! I'm VERY VERY VERY happy with this set! The comforter is sewn to the under fabric in just a few spots so that the comforter puckers and will not lay flat. The appearance is unaccceptable and the product unreturnable (having never had to return a product here, I was unsure of the procedure and missed the deadline by a couple of weeks). The company states that it is returnable only in an unopened sealed package. How would one know that the comforter was going to pucker, if you did not lay it out on the bed? Strong caution urged with this company. I will be donating my comforter set to charity. I am not only disappointed in EcityDirect but also disappointed in Amazon's refusal to assist me in this issue. That breaks a long standing trust with Amazon.
