Washes well, gets softer each time. We use these in our vacation rental, and want the bedding to look fresh and white. We've used bleach pens on them, as well as bleach in the wash, and these comforters hold up to the task.

I washed it (home washer) and it came out of the dryer just fine. The stuffing didn't bunch up instead it's more fluffy and it didn't appear to shrink at all... there were a few fuzz balls and I had to use a lint roller. I slept under it for a couple of these cold nights and it was plenty warm and after the washing it was much more flexible and able to snuggle around me.
NOTE... I will say this, I searched and searched before making my choice to include making trips to local stores to see, touch and feel comforters, compare materials and prices. I got a better price at amazon and 99% of the comforters made today are using this thin (albeit good quality) material. So, for the money (under $60) I think this is a great deal!

Would I have loved a large heavy comforter? Yes but on my budget this is the best for my money and i am very pleased... which is why i am getting another.
